Hyperdiluted Radiesse

Hyperdiluted Radiesse is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that utilizes a diluted version of Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite-based filler, to stimulate natural collagen production. By thinning Radiesse with saline and lidocaine, this version can be injected more superficially across wider areas, offering subtle but powerful improvements in skin texture, elasticity, and firmness over time.

Benefits of Hyperdiluted Radiesse

Hyperdiluted Radiesse goes beyond filling lines. Its bio-stimulatory effect encourages the body’s own collagen production, resulting in gradual skin tightening and long-lasting improvements in tone and texture. This approach achieves a rejuvenated and refreshed appearance without looking “overdone,” making it ideal for those seeking natural enhancements.

Treatment Areas

Hyperdiluted Radiesse is highly versatile and suitable for several areas that commonly show signs of aging:

· Neck: Firms and smooths crepey skin

· Décolletage: Reduces sun damage and fine lines

· Face: Enhances texture and overall radiance

· Arms, Knees, and Abdomen: Improves skin laxity and firmness in thinner-skinned areas

What to Expect

Treatment sessions are quick, typically under an hour, and results continue to improve gradually over several weeks as collagen production increases. Results can last up to a year or longer, with maintenance treatments helping to sustain a consistently refreshed look.

Hyperdiluted Radiesse offers a safe, effective, and natural-looking option for those who want a firmer, more youthful appearance without significant downtime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

How does Botox treatment work?

A.

When injected into a muscle, Botulinum Toxin (Botox®) blocks nerve signals to temporarily relax the muscle. Dynamic wrinkles are prevented from forming because the nerve impulses are stopped and the muscle is temporarily unable to contract. This makes the skin appear more youthful, softer, and smoother.

Q.

Are the injections painful?

A.

Given that a very fine needle is used, Botox injections are generally painless. As a result, patients do not need any anaesthetic. The entire procedure lasts for roughly 15-20 minutes, and you can drive and go to work the same day.

Q.

Are there any adverse effects?

A.

Botox treatments have very few adverse effects. Occasionally, people report a little localised discomfort and tenderness following injections. There may be some slight swelling at the injection site, but this normally goes away within 48 hours. Additionally, some minor bruising is possible. Sometimes, the procedure can cause surrounding muscle groups to relax, temporarily causing the eyebrow or eyelids to droop. This might last for a few weeks, but it will subside gradually. Although it can happen, allergic reactions are extremely uncommon with medicines. As the muscles in the forehead relax, some people may experience tension-type headaches.

Q.

Is Botox safe for use?

A.

The use of botulinum toxin as a muscle relaxant has a long history in medicine and is incredibly safe. Over the past 20 years, it has been used successfully in both adults and children for a range of medical issues. Since it has been used to treat facial wrinkles aesthetically for about 15years, it has grown to be one of the most well-liked and often administered cosmetic procedures.

Q.

How long does it last?

A.

After the initial treatment, it can take 2 to 14 days before the full results are visible. The cosmetic results normally last between three and four months but can sometimes continue for up to six months.  A 2 week review will be carried out to evaluate effectiveness of initial treatment.  If required, a small top up dose may be offered. The effects will begin to gradually begin to wear off around 8 weeks post initial treatment. Most people decide to get further treatment when movement returns.  It is not advisable to have another treatment within 12 weeks, as this can result in resistance.  However, regular treatments will help the longevity of the effects.

Q.

What After Care Advice Should I Follow?

A.

Avoid rubbing or touching the injected areas and avoid having facials and massage for 48 hours to reduce the potential for infection at the site of injection. Vigorous exercise and alcohol-based products, should be avoided for 48hours post treatment, as these can increase possibility of bruising. If bruising develops, Arnica cream can be used. Paracetamol can be taken for mild pain post procedure if required, avoid any anti-inflammatory medications as these can increase the risk of bruising.
